How much does it cost?
SlickPay transaction charges are 1.29%. If you take over £10,000pm, you could be eligible for a custom rate. Contact us for details. All fees are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
Does Slick charge for machine rental?
No, you can either pay for the machine upfront at £179 + VAT or over 6 monthly interest free payments
What card brands are supported?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and contactless cards)
Are there any hidden charges or contracts?
Slickpay has no hidden or extra authorisation charges and there are no contracts
Does the terminal print paper receipts?
No, the SlickPay terminal doesn’t print receipts. However, you will be prompted after checkout to send an email receipt to your customer.
How long does the battery last?
The reader has energy saving functionalities to save on battery life when not in use. With a full charge but aggressive usage, it is expected to last ~ 8 hours (of continuous use). But we've seen the WisePOS E last as long as 15 hours under minimal usage.
